Service Delivery Manager - Biotech

Technical/Service Delivery Manager | 6 Month Contract | Outside of IR35

Daily rate: £400 to £500

We are working with a Biotech company based in Stevenage that's created a breakthrough cancer treatment. They are now at a critical stage with several projects as they are expanding their current site and getting ready for production.

We require a Service Delivery Manager who enjoys a varied role as you will be involved in all stages of projects, the improvement of services, vendor and stakeholder management. Some of the projects consist of new system implementations, audits,  and the optimisation of the existing platforms.

This is an exciting time to join as you will have the opportunity to leave a lasting impression and help them on their mission to help cure people with cancer.

Skills:

- Proven experience working with vendors

- Demonstrable experience delivering solutions that encompass Infrastructure, Networking and security

- Ability to translate technical requirements

- Understanding of Networking principles, connectivity, firewalls etc

- Knowledge of system design, implementation, and user support principles and practices.
