Salary & Benefits: £60,000 to £80,000, Bonus, Medical Cover, Life Insurance

We're seeking an OT Manager to join our innovative client based in Hertfordshire.

As the OT Manager, you'll be at the forefront of implementing and optimising OT solutions to enhance our manufacturing processes. You'll lead a talented team of engineers, collaborating with cross-functional departments to ensure seamless integration and maximum efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of OT systems to support manufacturing operations.
• Manage a team of OT engineers, providing guidance, support, and fostering a culture of innovation.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop strategic OT initiatives.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in OT security and reliability.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Extensive experience in OT engineering, with a proven track record of leadership in the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry.
• Strong technical proficiency in PLC programming, SCADA systems, and industrial networking.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
