We're seeking an Infrastructure Manager to join our forward-thinking pharmaceutical client based in Watford.

As the Infrastructure Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of their infrastructure environment. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll ensure that their systems are robust, scalable, and aligned with business objectives. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and execution of IT infrastructure projects, including network upgrades, server deployments, and cloud migrations.
• Manage a team of infrastructure professionals, providing guidance, support, and fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to enhance our infrastructure and drive operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and develop strategic plans for infrastructure development and support.
• Proven experience managing IT infrastructure in a pharmaceutical or regulated industry.
• Strong technical expertise in networking, systems administration, and cloud technologies.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving infrastructure issues.
