Salary & Benefits: £50,000 to £65,000 +Bonus, Medical Insurance, Pension etc

Working arrangements: Remote, with 1 monthly visit to London or Stevenage

We need an IT Compliance Specialist. You’ll team up with our clients Director of IT Compliance to run audits, track CAPAs, and manage evidence, think of yourself as the Sherlock Holmes of compliance:)

You’ll support their infrastructure and application teams, tackle risk assessments, and help roll out a shiny new compliance automation platform.

This isn’t just about ticking boxes. It’s about making sure what they do matches what they say, every time.

You’ll get a front-row seat to a fast-growing, regulated environment with plenty of moving parts.

Your mission: keep things running smoothly and the regulators smiling.

What you’ll be doing
- Supporting IT system implementations and GxP upgrades
- Preparing evidence for audits (FDA, MHRA, etc.)
- Tracking CAPAs and business-driven compliance requests
- Contributing to compliance automation tool implementation
- Working across IT infrastructure and GxP applications
- Helping the business meet SOX, GDPR, HIPAA, and ISO 27001 standards
- Keeping documentation up to date and supporting internal/external audits
