Salary & Benefits: $100k to $130k + Bonus, Medical, etc.
Working arrangements: Hybrid — US East Coast base, flexible with office visits
We’re hiring a Workplace Technology Specialist to join a biotech company tackling one of the world’s toughest health challenges… cancer.
This role is 80% project work, leading critical workplace technology initiatives across a mixed, global environment. You’ll be hands-on with tools like Intune, Autopilot, Azure, and Zscaler, driving projects like GPO-to-Intune migrations, automating processes, tightening security baselines, and improving user experience.
You’ll work directly with IT leadership and collaborate with teams across the US, UK, and Europe. This is a hands-on role for someone who likes fixing problems, delivering meaningful projects, and making workplace tech work better
Experience in manufacturing, life sciences, or production-critical environments is ideal, especially if you’ve delivered impactful workplace projects where uptime and user experience mattered.
You’ll need:
- Hands-on experience with Intune, Autopilot, Azure, and Zscaler
- Comfortable supporting mixed environments, Windows, macOS, mobile
- Proven project delivery: Intune migrations, Autopilot rollouts, GPO transitions, Exchange Online deployments
- Experience with hybrid infrastructure and security baseline implementation
- Strong documentation, SOP creation, and process improvement skills
- Comfortable working with global teams and communicating with non-technical stakeholders
- Able to balance project work with practical support
Bonus points for:
- Experience deploying and managing Jamf
- Background in biotech, manufacturing, or regulated industries
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and ServiceNow or ITSM tools
